Data and Analysis

Highlands County's Community Health Assessment (CHA) 2020-2025 is a compilation of the most recent data that describes the status of our county's health.  The CHA is a collaboration between the Florida Department of Health in Highlands County, Advent Health, and other local community partners.  The CHA provides an in-depth look at health factors (behaviors, clinical care, phsyical environment) and the outcomes (length and quality of life) that are a result of our county's status.

Highlands County's Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) is a collaboration of the Florida Department of Health in Highlands County and community partners who studied the information in the Community Health Assessment (CHA), and chose the areas that we believe both need attention and are where we can make a difference.

For more information, please call (863) 386-6040.
